Urban Connection

Cooperating with local churches, primarily in neighborhoods that suffer from economic depression, crime, broken families, and drug abuse, Urban Connection provides customized ministry for a church to help them reach out more effectively to youth in their community.

Often, urban churches lack resources to minister to young people as deeply as they would like. Through Urban Connection, churches can get help ministering in their neighborhoods through training, advice, resources, and even workers via CityCURE staff, volunteers, and interns.

This ministry, which typically includes a combination of fun activities, caring relationships, and the good news of Jesus, helps prompt neighborhood children to become involved in the church. Many times their parents will begin coming to church because of changes they see in their children.
