Michelle

Michelle was born in deplorable conditions. Poverty, abuse, and neglect were the norm. Not understanding the basics of personal hygiene, Michelle was rejected and ridiculed at school. Fortunately a caring, long-term relationship with CityCURE staff and volunteers helped this inner-city child survive and thrive.

When God brought CityCURE into her life, her world turned in a different direction. Today, Michelle is a confident young woman who is attending college and plans to become a teacher.
