Thanksgiving Basket Ministry

Thanksgiving is more than just a day to be thankful for all the Lord has done. It's an opportunity to share God's love with children and families in need.

Serving as a bridge between urban and suburban churches, CityCURE's Thanksgiving Baskets Ministry puts God's love into action by building relationships and helping those in need. Recipient families are identified through participating churches.

In 2006, CityCURE, 37 local churches, and 3 schools partnered to provide 1,404 baskets of food, including a great Thanksgiving dinner, to thousands of men, women, and children.

How to help: Deliver baskets during Thanksgiving week or sign up to provide one or more baskets for needy families.
