Launched in 2005, Whiz Kids is a tutoring and mentoring program that equips the local church to serve at-risk children through one-to-one, literacy-based tutoring. Whiz Kids has nearly doubled in size in each of the past three years! Currently, there are 43 tutoring sites serving over 1,100 children throughout Greater Cincinnati with several schools on a waiting list to start a site. We need partnering churches, volunteers, and increased funding in order to start these new tutoring sites and keep the current ones up and running.
